        Concerned your my attorney and was never notified

        I have a date with you 1/25/2011 in court room 12 at 1:30pm. I'm a tad bit concerned that I was NEVER notified an although Im very confident in my case, i hope you have taken the time an try to digest how much time already invested with previous attorney.
