Friendly, professional service at this dealership

Recently had warranty service performed on my vehicle. Did the usual walk-around so it's noted the condition of my vehicle. Get the truck back & damage on my right front wheel. Service Advisor was reluctant to fix so I got the Service Manager involved. Took about 1 week to fix the wheel & I get the truck back on Nov 8th, 2014. Drive home & park in garage (X5M is a garage queen). Take out for drive on 11/10/14 & when I return I find oil (either brake fluid or motor oil) under car. Pop the hood & see the engine has grease marks all over it & I find a tool left under the hood by the mechanic at Crevier BMW. I have lost faith in this delearship.

Crevier MINI has the best salesmen around. From the great service and the amazing staff. Every person in the dealership is so friendly and always smiling. Im assuming it is a great place to work because everyone is always happy and smiling. Im glad they were happy because it made my time there that much better.

Crevier BMW went out of their way to make sure I was happy. After taking delivery of my new car, and having it for almost 3 weeks I noticed a stain in the carpet. I don’t think It came from me so I called them and told them. I made an appointment to come in and they were going to have the detail guys try to remove the stain. After about an hour I got my car back and they had shampooed the carpets in the entire car. Front and rear seat. Im very happy with the service I got from Crevier.

Thru this 6 week process of getting my daughters MINI repaired I have dealt with the 2 most professional people that I have ever experienced. Roger and Marshall are top notch people who set and incredible standard for your company. They are the example of what true customer service is and what relationships with a customer means. Had I not had the pleasure of meeting these 2 gentalmen and dealing with them I would have gone away from this 6 week ordeal with out any tyoe of satisfaction or faith that there are still good people in the world. Roger and Marshall thank you from the bottom of all the Boss hearts.

Crevier BMW has the best and most knowledgeable staff around. They were able to tell me all the differences between the 325 and the 328i also the 5 series. To know all that information you really must have done your homework. I enjoy to speak to someone that knows about their field and can give me al the specs and info I could ever want. If you have any questions about a BMW this is the place you should go to.

Crevier BMW has some of the best selection around for new and used cars. When they say you cant be extremely picky when buying a car unless you order it, here its not that way. From every model in every color, to different color intoners. They have so much to choose from. Im extremely satisfied with my purchase from Crevier BMW.

Crevier MINI got me in and out within a reasonable time for my service. They are always taking care of my car and making sure everything looks ok, my belts, hoses ect… If you have a MINI and need any service this is the place to go to.

Crevier BMW has a great selection of used cars on their lot. I was able to look around without being hassled or pressured by anyone. When I found the one I liked we took it for a test drive. I really enjoyed the time and experience I encountered at Crevier BMW.

Crevier MINI always keeps their customers up to date with all the new trends and events. Im always satisfied with them, and maybe that’s why I keep coming back. Unless an auto manufacture comes out with something remarkable at a great price I think im a MINI Cooper driver forever.

Crevier BMW has some of the best staff around. I whet in for some minor repairs and I left feeling very good. When you show up here they really go out of there way just to put a smile on your face. This places truly is one of a kind.

Crevier MINI had got the new 2012 minis in and I was super stoked to go see them. When I got there I took one for a drive and was in love right away. There was no question about it I was taking the car home tonight. They saw my anticipation so got me through the finance without any hick-ups and I was on my way. Best Service EVER!!!

I just picked up my preordered M3 from Crevier BMW. I am speechless about the car but lest chat about the dealership. They helped my pick out my car along with the options I wanted. Due to the fact I was ordering it I could get what I wanted on it. They didn’t want me to over pay so we went over all the options the car has and I only got what I wanted. Im really happy with the car and the decision of going with Crevier BMW.

I was looking at the new MINI SUV on the internet. I looked all over the southern California area for what dealer had one so I could go look at one in person. The only dealer I found that had one was Crevier MINI. I went down to look at in and it was love at first sight. I took it for a test dirve and told the salesman I wasn’t ready to get it right now but I would be in about 6 weeks. I loved the ride and the dealership was very nice to me even knowing I wasn’t goin to buy. Also most places would of push the subject to purchse it but they didn’t. I respect them very much and will return when im ready.

I decided to go checkout mini on my lunch break. I was fascinated about the amount of fuel I would be able to save with the mileage difference from that car to mine. I went back to work and all day I couldn’t get it off my mind. After work I went back to find out more info. The sales staff made me very comfortable about all the info they were giving me and I gained a lot of knowledge from them. The fallowing day I went back and made my purchase. I came into Crevier BMW looking for a new 3 series convertible. When I arrived they had a very good selection for inventory that I was able to choose from the color and the accessories that the vehicle came with. Im really glad I come to Crevier BMW and was able to find the car I have wanted to get. They made it all possible.

I originally started looking for a used mini at many other dealers. I wanted a year or two old for myself and it looked like I had no luck with my search. I had a hunch to try Crevier MINI. Also no luck with a used one. My salesperson asked me how I feel about a lease. I said I never had one so he explained it to me. I was ok with the terms and we went for it.
