There are no hidden charges like other towing companies; they tell you the price before they send the driver. They are open 24/7 and their nightly rate is really great, and they came very fast because they have multiple locations in Orange County including Anaheim and Irvine, the driver was helpful and professional. I would use Citi Towing if I need another Tow.

In our trip to Disney Land California we had flat tire, the time was late, my two kids were tired and cranky, and we did not know anybody in Orange County to help. We called Citi Towing, their dispatch center dispatched a driver and he came in less than 30 minute, he changed the tire and we were on our way very fast, and above all I really liked the price. I hit a pothole,so my car rim and tire were damaged,I called this guys,and they really showed up fast,the replaced to my spare tire,I saved a lot of time and money doing this,since I was on time to work.I can not thank enough this towing company,for the service,and the good will to get me back to the road.

This towing company located in Anaheim,Ca is by far one of the most knowledgeable, i had some automotive problems,and the dispatcher was able to send me out a roadside service truck that replaced my car battery.. i was on the road ...in no time Thank you Citi Towing

It was a great and fast service. The guy was upfront and professional. Cost significantly less than other places.

Citi Towing came to start our car (dead battery) and completed the job in 5 minutes ..... great! But then, they ran our credit card and made us wait over 30 minutes until they got the approval. This was not a problem with the CC, but with their poor system in handling transactions in the field. When I called the next day and asked for a discount on the $82 bill, I was offered a $6 credit for the tax! So, their time is worth $82 for 30 minutes, and my time is worth $6. Their website says
