C & C Shutters

I have never written a negative review about a company, but I feel compelled to share my disappointment in the service &, to some extent, the quality of the shutters I purchased from C&C Shutters. While the salesman I worked with is relatively nice, his lack of responsiveness & follow-through on a regular basis was extremely frustrating. I would make call after call and he would promise to get back to me & no call would come. When we finally did connect, he made promises that have yet to be delivered. My current issue: the shutters (3 of 6 sets) that he installed are peeling after 4 years, and the shutters have a 10 year finish guarantee. When I finally (after 4+ calls) got him out here to look at them, he said he would get back to me "tomorrow" to let me know if they would repaint them. I have now called 6+ times & reached him twice ... he told me they would repaint the shutters at no charge & that someone would call me from his office to set-up the appointment. That call still hasn't come. I've left two "dissatisfied customer" messages & with no response ... no one should have to deal with this lack of responsiveness. It is completely unprofessional, disrespectful & just plain Bad Business! I am a real estate agent and have worked with many vendors in the industry ... C&C has, by far, been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.
