This company stepped up when I was in a pinch. Originally I ordered tile through a local designer and when we ran out and needed more she was unresponsive. Desperate, I called the company directly for 7 pieces of trim tile. They were friendly and I received the pieces within two days. They also sent it with no charge. I was impressed and hugely relieved to have it handled so easily. During the construction preocess to have a huge headache turn out to be no big deal is a very nice surprise. Great company in my opinion!
