To see my water damage and immediately scheduled the his team to come out and rip up my walls and flooring. They set the fans on for a few days, then came back to take them away. They were an efficient team. I decided to use Sunny Hills to restore my kitchen since I had seen such good reviews and was assured by Octavio that they could take care of everything that needed to be replaced and it would look even better than it did before the damage. I am confident this will happen. This is just the beginning and I will update you as we move forward and provide pictures. ...stay tuned.
Drywalls
Contrary to our agreement for a Tuesday start, none of Octavio's staff arrived as promised by 7 am. Upon reaching out after noticing the absence past 8 am, Octavio explained they were delayed at another job and assured me they would begin between 7 am and 8 am the next day. However, only one person arrived at 8:30 am, citing unforeseen circumstances and being unprepared to address only drywall concerns. Additionally, he mentioned that someone else couldn't make it, contributing to the unprepared arrival.
