I should have been afraid of a skin cancer diagnosis, but Dr. Kleinman worked with me with a perfect blend of information, instruction, professionalism, care, concern and just the right amount of humor to keep me comfortable and calm. As for the rest of her team, I can only advise that they are professional, friendly, caring and helpful with all facets of the process: from scheduling through exams to insurance filings. There are many choices of Dermatologists in the town that I live in. But I drive 30 minutes away just to be in the care of Dr. Kleinman. She is worth every mile.

DISCRIMINATION I made a appointment in the Sanford office over a month ago as a new patient. I asked specifically at the time I made the appointment if this office took my insurance. I even read information off my insurance card, which seemed to annoy the female who made my appointment, but she assured me that Sanford Dermatology did take my insurance. I drove from Goldsboro to Sanford for my appointment. On the day I arrived, I filled out all the paperwork and was then told they would not take my insurance because it was Obama Care. This is out and out discrimination. The RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL receptionist actually followed me from behind the front desk, discussing my private and confidential information in front of the other patients. That's how professional this joint is. They have no respect for you or your confidentiality.
