this is the worst location of metro pcs EVER. not only do the people there speak in foul language in front of you, they answer personal phone calls, and have full conversations with eachother while i waited for them to change the battery on a used phone that they sold to me as if it was new. I purchased a phone and after it broke i went back to get a new one, paid 150 dollars plus $15 because i was upgrading. ( scammers) the battery on my new phone died 9 days later, and asked to have a new phone, they told me that they could not do that but they would give me a new battery. So now i have a new battery and not even 15 days later my phone won't charge. I called really upset and asked for a reimbursement since i had my receipt. They refused and called me a liar when i told them that i never received a box or charger when i purchased that phone. I asked them to watch the recordings of their cameras to prove it and after a few minutes told me that their cameras where erased starting january 1st. ( how convenient ). So after speaking with a supervisor they told me i could get a brand new phone for free ( how nice !! ) and that the original phone was given to me as a replacement and it was not a new phone. HORRIBLE PLACE, HORRIBLE SERVICE. HORRIBLE PEOPLE. vERY LAZY PEOPLE.

I bought a expensive Tv ,1300.00 and when I had a problem with it they wouldn't honor the waranty and told me to call the manufacturer ,they suck!

I had the worst customer service at this store, had to call corp. and go to another store out of my way to get my product. Will never go to this store location again.
