DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE ANY MONEY!! The sales guy, Jeff, is nothing but a liar. I paid $5,600 to have my pool surface refinished and there are numerous problems and issues including my pool having gaps where the water is leaking out. The steps are not smooth or even. There is also not "spotters" on the steps as agreed upon (they removed the existing tile on the steps and left it rigid and uneven and did not put tile on the top of the steps to mark the steps. ALSO, the payment process was explained to where we would be completely satisfied with a inspectipn prior to paying the balance due, however, the company demanded the full balance due (except $250.) before the pebble tech surface was even applied. We had already gfiven them $3, 250 so felt we were trapped. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I wish I could give them a negative star rating!

Joe and his crew worked with me to create a dream project. We created a four color interior finish that mimic the ocean floor from a zero beach sand color to the depth of the carribean.............One of a kind....... His crew along with all the workers on my pool won " Gold State for Customer Service Award"............Now that should say it all ! ..........Thanks Joe " I was going to download photo
