Great experience! Knowledgeable sales reps, installers were professional, timely and did a great job.

Worst customer service ever! I never wright reviews ever but I have been thrown so under the rug with this company 3 times over the same product were purchasing from them I had to say something. We wanted to buy granite from them and they took are info and said a guy would call us in a week. Two weeks go by gave them benefit of the doubt thinking maybe there a bit busy. So called them said hey I've been waiting, took our info and said hey we'll have are guy call you within the hour. Three hours go by we call back they say oh yeah he's gonna call you guys. Here I am a day later no call. Thanks glad to know how you make promises you can't keep. If your busy be honest don't leave me waitin for a call that will never come. Won't be getting my carpet from them that's for sure!!!

I shopped every ware and they were the best priced and they give you a free spot and spill warranty and lifetime warranty on the carpet install. The sales reps were great to work with. If you go there ask for Andy or Scooter and they will hook you up.
