The Pilot House Restaurant & Lounge

I dined at Aqua grille last night. I try this restaurant every year and find myself disappointed. This year was no exception, starting with the very limited menu, with most fish fried or embellished when I desired good, fresh fish baked or broiled.Finally decided on the fried shrimp-not greasy, but no flavor. The coleslaw would have been good if it weren't for the abundance of celery seed. I requested a baked potato, but the only alternative to the french fries was a run of the mill mashed potato. My husband fared somewhat better. He had hoped for a steak, but the only offering was a Culotte Steak, which the young waiter (looked to be 17) could not describe. My husband stated it was very unusual tasting, and was enveloped in gravy, but he said he liked it well enough. The bread served was crusty on the outside and mushy on the inside with actual cloves of garlic, which you could pick out, and tasteless dipping oil.I "give up" on the Aqua grille until a new menu and chef arrive.
