Vonnie's Cleaners

I took in my dry cleaning and we noticed a loose button. The clerk assured me that they would sew on for free. When I picked up my dry cleaning - They charged me for sewing on a button. I would have been fine with it except they specifically stated that it would be included.
Doah!!!

Vonnie's was fine as a dry cleaner until...



They lost my dress shirts. I asked if there was a lost and found or untagged shirts or if they could see the transaction after mine. Zero help. Showed me the computer with my missing record and that was the final word.



I'm very unhappy about the lost shirts and even more so how they handled it. They've lost my business and respect.
