DR Randall R Starkey MD

Very rude office staff. I never met Dr. Starkey because I was so put off by his receptionist and office manager. I was late for my first appointment and was told I had to pay a $75 no-show fee before I could even book another appointment. When I explained that the calandar on my phone got set on the wrong time zone, so I was an hour behind, they did not want to hear about it. Even though I was a first time patient they would not reduce or wave the fee. The office manager even told me she would would give me the name of another doctor if I didn't like it. So I mailed my $75 check and never returned. I don't care how good of a doctor he may be, the arrogance of the office staff was appalling.
