        Two windows needed to be repai...

        Two windows needed to be repaired, when Sean got here he quickly saw that the hardware was not a standard type. He took measurements and kept in touch about his progress of finding the hardware. We ended up having him install brand new windows, as the hardware couldn't be found (fly-by-night installers were used last time, though of course we didn't know they were fly-by-night at the time). Sean was great with keeping in touch and returning calls, not that common with the construction trades these days.
