Like the one who will give warning and is a true professional as a police officer. The one who is generally cordial and not a complete and absolute moroon in trying to take money from my account. The long Beach court will never ever see a red cent of this ticket. Because Gary Parker is commiting a fraud by trying to get money out of myy account by lying saying that the reason for his pull over was because of yadda yadda yadda yadda. Not being truthfull in saying that he was discriminating. So I will pay with a debit, and than charge it right back to my card. Because he is a fraud cop and is trying to get money from me by lying and not telling me the real truth as to why his bumbling idiotic and morronic self made the uturn. Because he is a discriminator. Gary Parker will not make u-turns normally he wanted to pick on me but is picking on someone with a hewlett packard computer, google chrome, browsers, a cordless mouse, 4 android phones one of them is a 5'7" screen and at the push of a button can damage his discriminatory reputation online with a few searches, and all my phones are paid in full at any time, I am a process server and he has disrespected my bond and badge, the courts, the county clerk and others with his behavior as "I am the least bit interested". Gary Parker deserves to be put at the desk for making u-turns. U-turns!! U-turns on people that are driving on the street basing the u-turn on the race or profile of the driver. He made a u-turn of all things to follow me. He only made it based on my race. What a moron.He should of just kept going in his direction. But it was the end of his shift, he decided to pick on me and tow my car because it had a fake tag on the car that the rental people put on it. And i am a little surprised at the police station for accepting the rental mans fake registration paper due to the fact that he already put a fake tag on the car. The registration paper was fake and he passed a fake document to this police departments detectives. Gary parker making that u-turn was unethical, discriminatory, biased, impartial and anything else. I am currently trying to submit Gary Parkers name to as many agencies as possible. I am doing this so that other agencies will not give grants to this place

gary parker has received the bad reviews because of his u-turn. he was going in one direction and i was going in another. he decided to make a u turn. Not based on any kind of condition of the car and my car had a front plate. The way he made the u turn was very sloppy and slow as the police are to make quick impartial decisions when patrolling the field. His u turn was discriminatory in nature. It was also partial as other cars were on the same street but he profiled me and u turned according to my race. As I thought about it as everything was over, i had decided to continue to damage Gary Parkers reputation because of his discriminatory u-turn. no cop makes uturns on people. thats obsurd. but gary parker wanted to pick on me by making the uturn. it just so happened that the rental car agency had a fake tag and used fake documents to get that maxima out the impound.
