Eddie's Auto Electric

I told them that my battery 'charge' was very low (...leaving my lights on by mistake for a mere 30 minutes prevented me from starting my car...and I had to call AAA), so I took the car to Eddie's. And to my GREAT surprise, they didn't tell me what 98% of most garages would say...that I needed to change my alternator. (That's a nice plum, expensive job that most garages would like to do, whether you need a new alternator or not. The cost would likely be over $800, and I wouldn't have really needed a new one anyway.) But at Eddie's they just said that my battery wouldn't take the 'load'..or something like that...and that I should take my battery back to where I bought it for a trade-in. And there was no charge for the diagnosis! Well, I was so happy to have saved the money of avoiding an alternator replacement job, that I just bought a battery from Eddie's. Yeah, it was a few bucks more for the battery than I would have paid at Pep Boys, or Walmart. But I would prefer to spend my money witha garage that is trustworthy...not just a garage that replaces expensive parts until they finally solve the problem. So, I highly recommend Eddies'.

I can't say enough good things about this place. They are very reasonably priced, provide fast, excellent service, and are very trustworthy.
