Founded in 1991, Los Cucos Mexican Caf is a restaurant chain with more than 10 locations in Texas. It serves a range of appetizers, quesadillas, soups, salads, chimichangas, enchiladas and tacos. The restaurant's lunch menu includes chicken fajita and ground beef nachos, shrimp and grilled chicken quesadillas, tortilla and chicken soups, chicken fajita- and shrimp-stuffed avocados, and fajita and shrimp chimichangas. Los Cucos Mexican Caf also serves lemon fish, carne guisada, beef tamale, shrimp and ground beef burritos, and pork, fish and shrimp tacos. It offers rib eye steak, Southwest chicken salad, and saut ed shrimp and chicken.
