        I have been dealing worker's compensation for almost 2 years now. I have been to countless lawyers that would not take my case, they said 'there is nothing we can do for you'. Then the day came when I found Mr. Warren. He looked over my case and made suggestions about what we could do. He is one of the most creative lawyers I have ever met. If it wasn't for Mr. Warren, I would would have lost everything, but he gave me hope that everything would work out in the end. I have the utmost respect for Mr. Warren and his vaulable staff. They were very attentive and even if I just needed reassurance they were there for me. If you have a problem and need a lawyer, Mr. Warren is the one to go to.

        I tried the rest, he was the best

        I went rough several attorneys and was disappointed with them all. Even the big name lawyers who advertise regularly on TV. Roy has a small office but he was very professional and easy to speak with. Either his staff or he would always call me back within 24 hours. I would trust him with any case I ever have because he is very honest.

        DONT USE WARREN!!!!

        Mr. Warren failed to appear at two different meetings that were critical to my case. He has caused over a two month delay in my settlement hearing. This caused me many substantial financial burdens, including an eviction and costly move which I hold him entirely responsible for. His extreme negligence in his fiduciary responsibilities to me as his client has been nothing short of devastating to my family and me. Totally unprofessional & unethical.

        First I feel bad that this person feels this way toward me. This is the first complaint I have had in over 20 years of practicing law. The person complaining failed to mention that I was at the first hearing but the carrier did not show up. I was never notified of the second hearing so I could not come to a hearing I had no notice of. I did miss the last hearing because of circumstances beyond my control but I accept the fact I missed it. I waived my fees which is of course the least I could do. I have represented thousands of claimants over the years and this has never happended to me before and I am sure it will not happen again. I know who the person is that posted the message (BB) because this is the first and only time this happened in 23 years of practicing law. He also fails to mention I gave him his file back and did not charge him for the medical records I already ordered on his behalf. Again, I am sorry this happened but it started because the carrier did not show up at the first hearing. But for that every thing would have flowed smoothly on his case. I am sorry it did not work out BB and I wish that I could have proved myself to you but I understand your disappointment. I am disappointed to. If you would like to give me another chance I will represent you free of charge because you deserve someone that cares about your case and I do. I wish you nothing but the best of luck and if there is anything I can do to assist you let me know.
