Express Carpet & Upholstery

The staff at Express Cleaning and Upholstery are extremely unprofessional. I was given attitude when I called thirty minutes before my appointment to confirm. There is no customer service at all. When I did receive my call back for my 10 o'clock appointment at 10:15, Ernest, the one cleaning my carpets, did not listen to what I was saying, and when asking about the manager he confirmed my address again and then hung up the phone. I then called the office hoping to find the manager, but instead I talked to Henry, the angry employee. I asked Henry when the manager would be there because I needed to talk to him and all he could repeat was "would you like to cancel your appointment?" and "do you have the manager's phone number". Im not happy. Plus there is a really good possibility that they could have ruined my wood floors. Don't use them if you want actual customer service.
