Carpet Pro's

As an owner of a few properties located over Texas. In owning several different properties I’ve learn a few things here and there. I have always had different companies come give bids that though they might be cheap, that is not necessarily a good thing. I’ve found out the hard way that cutting corners and going the low budget route ends in a mess! I value hard work and great customer service. I knew I found both when I first called carpetpros several years ago. Though this review is long, long, long, long over due I felt the need to go ahead and write one here. They have cleaned everything from couches, mattresses, carpet, tile. I even had to call them to clean the air conditioning vents after there was a small fire in one of the properties. Everything gets taken care of with one call, you cannot beat that. This company bids jobs fairly and honestly. I always try to use local companies and help businesses thrive. I can completely say I am and have always been 100% happy with their services.

My carpet is only 3 years old I vacuum once a week but that was not clean enough to sell my house I had to get the carpet professional cleaned. I heard from one of my college roommates that Carpet Pro's is the best carpet cleaning company around. You guys did a great job on my carpet and the very next week my house sold.

Just gotta say, It rained unbelievably in ONE day. My wife and I were up to our ankles in rain coming in from flooding. For it being texas, we took all the precautions for the heat but not the rain. How do you get water out fast? Two simple words: Carpet Pro's.

Phenomenal work and company. I usually rent my house out to different various people. I do not permit smoking nor dogs, however the last renters did not follow the rules.



I asked around my group of friends and none of them could recommend a company to use, until my pastor mentioned this company. He used them as well for the church and spoke highly of them. I phoned them quickly and told them all about my tile and this awful smell that lingered. They were able to mentioned several different methods on how to remove the odor. I had not thought of any.



I literally called them and within the hour they arrived, they even said sorry about the delay that there had been traffic. Can you imagine that? Most companies take days to even show up. I found that very calming, the sincerity and gentleness of their employees.



Immediately they were able to pinpoint the best way to eliminate the odor. They suggested that I have my air ducts cleaned and sanitized. As they were cleaning them I was shocked to see how much mold and mildew covered the vents. I had no idea that my air ducts are supposed to be cleaned often to prevent allergies and sickness.



Another great thing I found refreshing was their knowledge of everything, this company does their research. They also mentioned that they take classes every few months to keep up to date on information. I felt assured that my home was in the hands of a dedicated company.



They removed, cleaned, replaced everything. At the end they even offered me smoke free deodorizer which made the home smell like heaven. After a few days, I received a call from them asking how everything was. So very nice of them to do so. I hope that my encounter with carpet pro's will let others phone them. They are beyond words. Thanks a million.

Sharon Dunkin - The toilet overflowed in our rent house on May 30th, 2011 at 1:30am!!!! I didn't know who to call, so I looked online. I called two people, one of which was Carpet Pros. They were there in 30 minutes! extracted the water in the bedroom hallway and two bathrooms. However, the walls, and baseboards and carpet and pad were still wet. They came out the next day to check and advised fans to be placed so they would blow under the carpet and pad. Carpet Pros are professional and know what they are doing. They left the fans for two days, which completely dried out the walls and carpet. They have a tool that can test for water. Carpet Pros put everything back together and everything is as good as new.

I had a smoke damage in my house and had to have all the vents cleaned. While I regretted searching for the a company to do the work, I stumbled upon this company on my way to work, they were cleaning the neighbors carpet. I gave them a call, they gave me price and scheduled it in. They worked very hard to clean ALL 25 vents and returns. I couldn't believe how much attention to detail they do. They even sprayed some fragrance that made the house smell wonderful. I didn't have to worry about a thing. The price was great and the work was even better.

Job well done on cleaning my car. Smells great, looks brand new. Now I can show it off to my coworkers.

I choose to use them because of their reviews, and they really helped out. They gave me a quote over the phone for my tile. I told them I just had the tile cleaned 6 months ago but its really dirty again. Their rotovac is the neatest invention ever, not to mention the workers who scrubbed every grout line with a brush. Amazed at how diligently they worked I couldnt help but watch them the whole time. They explained that the reason my tile got so dirty was because the company before did not seal it. Which I was not even aware that it needed to be. I opted for the sealing this time though. They even cleaned my dirty steps in the backyard. They really go above and beyond to get the job done right. After they finished they went back and eyeballed the grout to make sure every single spot was gone. Then proceeded to seal it the grout line, which now when I call i will ask for tile cleaning and sealing. Very informative and great company.

I just used carpet pro's for the first time. I was renting a house in wimberley, texas and just recently moved out. They called before to confirm the appointment beforehand. Showed up on time in uniform, got right to work. I expected some stains to not be taken out because they were there since we moved in. Also my daughter used the carpets as her own canvas with her marker set, which is cute but not the best idea since we were only renting. After they were through, they let me inspect it to see if i was happy. I am still impressed with their work. I had to leave a review for this company to tell everyone who wonderful they are. The marker ink stains was gone COMPLETELY. I could not believe it. The downstairs living room was shockingly renewed. There is not one single stain on the carpets, dirt or color wise. Thank you so much, I am calling them in a few days for the air ducts.

They are practically on my speed dial. They really know their profession. My kids love them and they do a wonderful job. I call them for just about everything. They always come the same day I call them. Great service, friendly workers, amazing results. you can't go wrong with them!

Right off the bat they asked me several questions about my carpet that no other company has ever asked. They didnt just throw numbers at me. They gave me a rundown of their charges and explained everything that they would do. Im 100% a happy customer with their service. They made sure that all the stains came out and used some sort of chemical that made the carpet dry in an hour! Also their products were safe enough for my kids to crawl on. I always call Carpet Pro's for everything. They clean carpets, tile, my car, air ducts, all my rugs. They do it all, I love this company. Their work is always the best, my friends and family use them all the time.

Awesome work. They used a roto-vac machine, wasnt sure how great it was till they were done. Gave them a 60 dollar tip. Deserve more than 5 stars.

My wife decided to have our sofas and carpets cleaned. We called Carpet Pro's they gave us a price, i thought it was a little on the pricey side. So i called around, i had no idea that the price they offered me would be the lowest. Some of the companies wanted to charge me JUST to come look at it, i could not believe that! I called Carpet Pro's back and told them i was short on cash this month. The price was a little high for me because of all the extra bills but really it was a good deal. They did not even hestiate to work with the price with me. They wanted to make me happy which i was by the time they got done. The extra money i saved from the low price went towards a tip that they in all honesty they deserved. The clean was better than i would have even imagined. The house smelled wonderful and my wife wants to use them again. If you are looking for job well done, look no further.

I had family coming over to stay so decided to have my tile cleaned. It had not been cleaned for 5 years so decided to try Carpet Pro's. They gave me a good deal on getting it cleaned and sealed. Moved the furniture and did complain about it like the company i had used before. They even cleaned the tile i had on the patio it dried fast and looked great. Im also going to give them a call to clean some carpet i have in my study, its a good company to use.

I called carpet pro's late at night after i had some water damage due to my air conditioner. The owner was very professional and did not give me a hard time about coming out late at night. He had reasonable rates and knew a lot about what he was doing. I was happy that he was able to come out at such a short notice and did not over charge me for anything, unlike the other companies ive used. I will be using carpet pro's again and i will recommend to strangers as well as family. If you want your carpet to look good as new then you need to call Joe, He will do an outstanding job and you will never need to call anyone else but him.
