        THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

        I am a father whose 10 year old daughter wants highlights in her hair. I call this business to ask about it and after introducing myself and saying, "I would like to ask a question." The person hangs up on me.



        Maybe we got disconnected. I call back and I'm told "I'm busy, I don't have time for you". I call back to speak to a manager but the phone goes straight to the answering machine and the voice on the machine is the same voice of the salon person who was too busy to answer my question.



        Hair City will never get any of my business and I will let my family and friends know not to go there as well.



        My recommendation is never give this business your patronage!
