Needed tires I purchased to be installed on my bike in a hurry. Was told that I needed my clutch line replaced. I had personally just performed this myself as well as quite a bit of maintenance& upgrades to my bike just prior to dropping it off. They had sabotaged the cable and many other things on my bike. This shop is the lowest of low regarding all aspects.

I can not give less than a star so i need to put 1 star. Honestly I rate this place way below poor. I am not one of the staff working there who maybe put up a good review for them. I am an individual who wants to inform consumers like me who pay for good honest service about my experience with this shop. They made me spend twice for a wrong diagnose and a week of waiting just to get the REAL DIAGNOSTIC. Everytime I called the reply was not yet examined. it's been more than a week but I never got a call from them about my bike. After 9 days of waiting for their call I went there personally. An older guy told my that my bike need to be open the engine. At last i got a reply after more than a week of waiting and two misdiagnose. They said that they have a lot of bike lined up ahead of me. It's fine but to let you wait without an update is one good customer service to remember. With these experienced I decided to pull my bike and brought them to another place.

These are good people in front and Dan is the mechanic that the business is built around imo. They have a decent supply of parts on hand and a good connections for ordering what they don't have. I have never had anything to complain about and I am thankful for them because BMW service is a long way away without Dan I would be doing a lot of riding but make no mistake...Dan is as good as any certified BMW wrench around.
