The Dry Master

They started our work August 6, 2015. I can't get anyone to call me. The house smells just as moldy as it did BEFORE they cut away drywall, and nearly 3 weeks after they did their cleanup. They say "I understand your frustration." Understanding does not move the job along. They must know someone in the management office here at the condo complex-they came highly recommended but I'm not sure why. At this point I would NEVER recommend the company. UPDATE 10/17/15: 77 days after starting what they said would be about a 10 day job, they finally finished the work. It took them 3 weeks to answer my request to call me about the mismatched paint. They had to repaint because they used semi-gloss in the bedroom where it should have been flat, and flat in the shower area where it should have been semi-gloss. They painted around the light switch and paper holder, leaving a 3" unpainted border, which made the paint job stand out. The "VP of Operations" kept interrupting me as I told him of my dissatisfaction, dismissing the validity of my dissatisfaction. We paid for a job as promised and they failed miserably. I've been a paying consumer for 35 years and this is the most unprofessional company I have ever experienced. Save yourself the pain and aggravation-use anyone else.
