Pacific Crest offers twenty plus years of experience and knowledge gained in the landscape industry, managing sites from as small as a few thousand square feet to multi-acre Corporate Campuses. Before starting Pacific Crest Landscape and Maintenance, Inc, both owners managed numerous award-winning commercial sites. This experience allows Pacific Crest to manage individual properties of varying sizes and multiple site portfolios. More importantly, this experience has enabled the company to develop strong professional relationships with their clients. Pacific Crest currently provides service to numerous homeowners' associations and commercial sites in the greater San Francisco Bay Area. Pacific Crest Landscape and Maintenance Inc believe in a "hands on" approach. The owners stay in communication with the crews, and are very familiar with each property they manage. Pacific Crest offers a performance-based contract with the ability to provide the number of crew hours required to perform the contract to the highest standards.
