I have had 4 incedences now at this local store which used to be a 7-11. They will sell you extra tickets - say you ask for 5 tickets, they will give you a ticket for 10 and then force you to pay, will not refund the ticket and sell you the 5 you asked for. This has happend more than once...now I know its not a language problem, its a scam they run.



I have even provided winning tickets - small amounts - and they will pretend it wasnt a winner and not give you the ticket back. I have now filed a complaint with the California Lottery Investigative Unit. Be cautious when dealing with these guys at the register, they will steal from you. When you confront the owner, he goes into a "No English Good" act.....
