Mario's Carpet Cleaning

So recently I called for Mario to have my carpets cleaned 2 bedrooms 1 family room. He did a great job but when it came time to a payment understanding he was changing his price. I did what he asked me to do text in detail If there was any miss understanding before coming to my place in Hayward not San Jose not San Francisco(which he charges more for)he never thought of telling me. He called me Saturday three minutes before my appointment tell me he was running late. After he was done he told my family it was $75 not 65 due to he had to come out to Hayward not San Jose he charges do to the mileage don't you think he would have mapped it out before hand as a business owner? Last to this bad review I wasn't there to have the extra $$$$$ he didn't call me to inform me about the price change . So he meet my Mom and Dad at a McDonalds to get the extra $10 explain and complaing to my parents unreliabe I understood the price and about no one was reliable in my home. Never again
