Last week my heater went down in my condo so I called this company. Jesse came out and checked the equipment, he explained to me what was going on and how much it would cost to fix it. He wouldn't work on the furnace until I gave him my authorization which gained my trust. The price was right plus he had the part on his truck. All-in-all I was happy with the experience and would recommend "Keep It Flowing" to anyone who is in need of a repair.
