I scheduled a in home estimate for a new furnace. Conditioned Air called the day before to confirm.



On the day of the appt. I left work early and got home to wait for the tech. At my scheduled time, the techinican called to tell me he was in another city and that maybe he could help me with a quote over the phone. Not what I wanted or expected. Instead of a written quote and help selecting the right furnace, the guy threw some "about" numbers at me and basically told me to have a nice day. I really felt that he was not interested in my business, and therefore I decided to accomodate his wish.
