Their customer service is perfect as soon as you walk in they give you a friendly greeting. This place has the cutest clothes for small to medium dogs and the services are always 10/10. They also keep a record of your dogs services which is helpful and it's very afforable. You can go in there for your dog's full service and a peice of clothing for a very low price! I love love love this place. It's the only place I take my dog.

My wife and I found out this HAPPY PET store about 3 weeks ago from newspaper, visited the store and talked to Andy and Kiko face to face. We have asked tons of questions, both Andy and Kiko politely responded to us, of course, we spoke in both English and Chinese. Then today, took our little babies (Maltese and Poodle) to HAPPY PET for full grooming service, excellent~~ They finished both dogs in the time frame as promised, our babies look so pretty and their nails were trimmed safely as short as possible. The groomers also provide a report for each dog, noting that one dog's right ear has minor infection but was treated promptly. We even purchased one pretty purple color bed and will definitely recommend this store to all of our friends.

THE OWNERS ARE SO RUDE AND VERY MUCH DO NOT HAVE ANY RESPECT FOR THE CUSTOMERS THAT COME IN.

THERE ARE 2 OWNERS IN THE STORE WHO IS THE OLDER MALE AND YOUNG FEMALE. THE OLDER MALE DOESNT ACKNOWLEDGE YOU OR YOUR QUESTIONS. JUST EYEING YOU IN THE ENTIRE STORE IF YOU ARE GOING TO "TOUCH" OR "PICK UP" ANYTHING. FUNNY, AND THIS IS A RETAIL STORE! OH AND IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN WITH YOU, I MUST SAY HE IS NOT GOING TO GIVE YOU CUSTOMER SERVICE IF HE SEES YOUR CHILDREN PACING AROUND THE STORE. HE TREATS THE ANIMALS BETTER THAN HE DOES TO THE CUSTOMERS WALKING IN!! YELLING AND SCREAMING AT OTHER CUSTOMER'S CHILDREN FOR NO REASON AT ALL WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR BUSINESS. JUST HURT IT. I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH WHAT I SAW AND HEARD OF HIM SCREAMING TO THE CHILDREN TO GET OUT OF THE STORE IN FRONT OF THE PARENTS! WTF??????

I WOULD HAVE SERIOUSLY PUNCHED THIS GUY IN THE FACE IF HE YELLED AT ANY OF MY FAMILY MEMBERS LIKE THAT!!!!



OVERALL, THIS PLACE IS TOO EXPENSIVE, CHEAP QUALITY OF PRODUCTS, RUDE SERVICE AND UNHEALTHY ANIMALS.
