Hello. I'm Dr. Meg Stein, a licensed clinical psychologist offering individual and couples therapy in San Francisco. I believe my role is to cultivate a safe and affirming relationship through which my clients can deepen their self-compassion and self-confidence to engage more authentically in the world. My approach is collaborative and my therapeutic style is warm, inviting, and focused on goals that matter to you! Trained as a generalist, I am particularly interested in treating anxiety and depression, building social confidence, substance use/abuse, body image concerns, mindfulness, sexuality and sexual wellness, and increasing resiliency an coping skills.
