I utilizes a holistic approach that combines talk therapy, body based exercises and mindful exercises because it is my belief that traditional talk therapy alone limits progress in the realm of sex, erotic energy and desire. Our sexuality is experienced through our bodies sensations, thus we will use your whole body to help your learning process in sessions. This process allows us to quickly uncover the core of what is holding you back from the sexual and passionate experiences you want. It's a combination of variables that cause us to disconnect from our bodies and our erotic energy: difficult relationships, societal and cultural expectations, unprocessed childhood wounds, daily life stress and distraction just to name a few. It is in the present moment that these old patterns can shift. Real-time practical exercises combined with mindfulness bridges the awareness gap, allowing for clarity, integration and lasting transformation, both in body and mind. In sessions my clients find their own sensuality, wisdom, confidence, creativity, playfulness and freedom. I enjoy guiding couples and individuals in creating conscious, connected, intimate, playful relationships & specialize in male sexual performance struggles; erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, delayed ejaculation.Established in 2010.Meet the Business Owner:Keeley Rankin, MAKeeley received her Master's in counseling psychology with an emphasis in holistic studies and a focus in marriage and family therapy from John F. Kennedy University in Northern California. She is a Certified Somatica Method Practitioner, trained in Hakomi Therapy and often draws upon Psychodynamic Therapy. Keeley is a Certified Queer Conscious Educator and since 2012, has assisted world renowned psychotherapist, John Welwood. She also leads educational workshops on male sexual performance difficulties for therapists and coaches, and created a Premature Ejaculation Mastery Video Course Series where men can learn how to last longer from the comfort of their own home. In 2022, she created and runs a mentorship program where she trains practitioners to become sex coaches. She also meets couples in Paris for the ultimate sexy connected date night, 'Before and After' sessions.
