On time, clean truck.... I was dressed in my work clothes, I didn't expect to break down. Safe driver and a clean uniform. I had no idea where to take my car, the driver recommended their repair shop. Then he gave me a ride to work.. All I can say is WOW great customer service.
Amazing experience. Very professional, knowledgeable, caring, uniformed. Arrived in 15 mins. Loaded car and delivered to body shop all within an hour. Excellent don't hesitate to use at all.
My car broke down at the grocery store and I didn't really know what to do as I'm not a AAA member. I googled around and found Golden Gate Tow and gave them a call. The dispatcher was helpful and sent a truck out to tow my car home. turns out, my battery was dead, so he provided a little charge and off I went.
I'm hoping I don't have to call a tow company again, but if I have to, I wouldn't hesitate to call these guys.

Wow! These guys are good. Our forklift was off the dock. I called a three companies including Golden Gate Tow. One quoted an outrageous price, one was "extremely busy", and Golden Gate Tow quoted a very reasonable cost. Within 15 minutes, they got here and got my forklift back on the dock.They got the right equipment, the right attitude and the right price. My car was towed from a private lot that was recently rented by a school downtown - been parking there for years... no problem. I was gone for exactly an hour - came back. No car. Called GGT & the guy was really personable. Told me to call the school maybe there was a misunderstanding. Talked with the school - I am also a teacher btw. No problem. Get back in cab and go to GGT's yard. Their staff were incredibly warm and respectful. Walked me back to my car - EVERYTHING was there - and told me there would be no charge due to the misunderstanding.
