Overall

horrible customer service...great cakes

i think the service here is absolutely dispicable. The ladies at the front counter are inexperienced, guess on the prices, and constantly roll their eyes and sigh as if the customer was asking them to give up their right arm. The only thing that keeps my family returning to this bakery is the product. GET NEW STAFF that will better represent the fine quality product you create.
