Fantastic Sams

I have been going to this salon for about 5 years. I like to ask for Robert but have had my hair but and dyed by others as well. When I compare my hair cut with friends who pay triple of what I pay, I see no difference. I once did not like my hair cut, but it was not their fault, I asked for a certain cut and it was not as flattering as I thought it would be. The reason I give them a 5 is because for the price I feel that they do an great job. Robert cut my hear today and He did an awesome job. I don't need fancy salons, I'm happy with Fantastic Sams.

Robert ruined my hair with a haircut that looks like a 3 year old did it. The color he did makes me look 10 years older and isn't what I asked for.

Where to start ..the lady that took my info down had a DRY sense of humor..then the lady that cut my hair SCREWS my back hair lines up!! I have the pics to prove it. It just didnt feel like she spent enough time on my hair..then She gives me the small mirror and said is that ok? I'm like lady if there is something with my hair...somebody will tell me..sure enough @ work someone seen the back of my head..FANTASTIC!! So i get a hold of Corporate..a lady says these are independently owned and give me the owners name and number Ericka 626 966-6851...She gives just a good lip service as the lady that cut my hair! Don't get me wrong the manager of the place seemed cool..but this is MY experience..She said to call her once my hair grows out i did, left here a message and never returned my call..so it ain't about the 20 bucks anymore it the principal! I let corporate know and they said when she applies for franchise renewal they will bring up my report...thats not enough!! BEEEOOTCH I HOPE PEOPLE THINK 2x BEFORE GOING IN YOUR PLACE!!! I will stick to the 10$ barbers
