We regret the day we signed a contract with SouthCoast Energy. SouthCoast Energy made one mistake after another. For example, the company delayed and then incorrectly filed the CSI rebate paperwork causing us to miss the deadline for the higher rebate. This was over a $2,000 mistake that can not be reversed. SouthCoast energy signed an agreement to reimburse us for the lost rebate money but now refuses to honor the agreement. SouthCoast Energy eventually unilaterally canceled our contract, 7 months later, after bouncing a check to a subcontractor. The bank confirmed there was insufficient funds to cover the check. Do yourself a favor and avoid this installer.
