This store ownership has been changed since 2023 with new service offerings and long opening hours. The new owner is a tennis player working really hard on sportsmanship and customer satisfaction.

Terrible service for on line orders. I ordered a tennis racket on line from Just Tennis. It indicated a price of 229.00 with free strings up to a 32.00 value. Delivery in 2 days with an additional 4.oo. which I paid. When I recieved the racket the price tag on the racket was 189.00. I called and spoke with Richard who claimed he was one of the owners. When I told him I was unhappy when finding the price tag of 189.00 on the racket he said "that should have been removed". After a further discussion about misleading infomation on line and other stores prices for the same String and the free stringing if you purchase a racket he told me "to cut out the strings from the racket return them and he would refund me 25.00. The customer service is just terrible. I would not recommend ordering on line from this company. He told me several time I could come into the store. I am in AZ he is in CA. They also have a price match which he made no mention of. Perhaps theri service is good if you are face to face but NOT if you order on line. They also do not have a review space on their web site.
