Best Rate Movers

I contacted Best Rate Movers in March because we were planning a cross country move just a few weeks after our first baby was born. I wanted a company that would take care of a lot of the details for us, and I found what I needed at Best Rate Movers.
When moving day arrived, the polite movers carefully loaded up all of our belongings. They carefully wrapped our furniture, so all items arrived at our destination without being damaged. We received the same careful service when we moved in to our new house.

Horrible company, this is the 4th review I've written about them. I want people to stand clear of this company they are such a rip off. They picked up my stuff August 1st didn't deliver til August 28th. All my stuff is still not at my house my TV 50", mattress, box springs, head board, foot Board and half of my couch. It's sad to have people go through this, and look at the pictures of their storage it's outdoors it's so unprofessional how they treat people. And Valerie is no help at all she has the worst attitude and doesn't try to help the situation. This company really needs to be investigated

My wife and I recently used Best Rate to move us from CA to TX. Julio and his crew arrived a little later than expected, but, once they got there, everything went pretty much flawlessly. They started by wrapping everything and taking things apart. The crew communicated with us very well and seemed very professional. They delivered our shipment as schedule. Definitely recommended!

I also want to thank the sales rep Sonia and the movers for a successful move. I used them just before Christmas to move my home goods. Best Rate Movers packed my 4 bedroom house and loaded everything onto their moving trailers. Sonia was our moving consultant and made sure that I understood everything and answered all my questions in advance. She called before the move to make sure that our experience went as planned and without problems. She was excellent and represented the company very well. The company custom-built two crates for our flat screen TVs. The TVs were not harmed during the move and work perfectly well. The lady packers arrived at the appointed time, looked over what was to be done, and began wrapping and packing. They did a wonderful job. We had NO breakage, not even one wine glass. The loaders arrived and began loading the trailers better than we ever would have been able to do. Our belongings arrived damage free. Thanks!

My job was relocating me to xx, I found Best Rate Movers online. After reading their many reviews, I went ahead and booked my move with them. From my fist call to the deliver, everything went as expected and all was good. I was concerned about the bookcases with glass shelves and my TV, but they took a great care boxing all my items and everything arrived in perfect condition. I have moved long distance many times both in the military, and for business. None of the companies I used in the past really impressed me which is why I went searching for a new mover. After much research and conversations I settled with Best Rate Movers. My decision was based on reviews I read online as well as my conversation with my sales rep, Karen. We came up with a plan to move the items I was bringing with me and agreed upon a price. The price was said to be guaranteed based on my inventory of items we went over yet I was still somewhat skeptical. The crew, led by Marco arrived when they said they would and I must say they did a fantastic and very efficient job. My delivery came earlier than expected and upon my inspection I noticed that there were no damages at all. In addition, the price did not change from the original quote Karen and I went over. I think I have finally found a mover that I would definitely use again as well as recommend to friends and family. Thanks so much guys!
