I was in a bind recently trying to find someone to come and fix a fireplace during the Christmas holiday. I was told by another fireplace company to call American Fireplace, that they were the people to call. And were they right, I had one of the technicians come to the house who was very professional about their work. Clean, efficient, and thorough. The second time they came, was to do a maintenance check on yet another fireplace in the home, we have 5 total. The technician came and cleaned out the gas lines, and did a thorough inspection. He also was tidy, efficient and professional. I was billed for his time, and I couldn't be happier with the professional staff. My initial phonecall to the office I was speaking with Mary and she is very pleasant to speak with as well as courteous and helpful. American Fireplace has definitely gained a lifetime customer.
