Pediatric Care
Jackie has been around the realm of health and fitness for over 8 years. Graduating locally from CSUF, she’s picked up quite a bit of skills and knowledge since then. Her love of health and fitness started when she would spend time with her brother through college going to the gym, enjoying the quality time with family while still learning and developing proper techniques. Over time, Jackie participated in a couple of marathons, a 5k and a 10k, and that is where her love grew. Becoming a runner and gradual strength trainer helped her learn and understand her body now more than ever. Taking what she’s learned and grown to love, Jackie has worked at Active Rehab Center in Fountain Valley, Select Physical Therapy in Laguna Niguel, and F45 Functional Group Training in San Clemente. She has also had experience in fieldwork at Providence Speech and Hearing Center for pediatrics, and Heritage Rehabilitation Center for geriatrics. Today, she trains as our on-site personal trainer through personal 1-on-1 training sessions as well as group fitness training sessions.
