Cost Cutters

This review is totally about someone who call herself the MANAGER. Se is the ugly Asian and oldest person working in this place with brown spots all over her face. The rest of the people are nice and professional be careful with this woman who claim to have 20 years of experience; however this woman ruinned my 5 years old hair and when I complaint instead of apologizing, this ugly woman played victim, raised the voice on me and refused to fixed my daugher's hair again. Instead she told one of her employee to do it and not to charge me for anything because all that I wanted was a free hair cut. How dare her to say something so unproffesional like that to me.I felt totally disrespected and abused. Someone there also make a threat to me. They told me that they would called the police on me because I was disturbing their peace? I didn't know that asking for your rights was disturbance the peace of people? Then she told her employee not to charge me for my daughter's haircut and if she did she would get fire. What she said to her employee was totally unacceptable, unethical and umprofesional. This place is not good for you if you are not satisfied and dare to complaint. BE CAREFUL. The manager is from hell. Make sure you don't get her to cut your hair. The other employee are nice but this woman (manager) is someone you don't want to deal with.
