Goddard's Tim Plumbing

NEVER, EVER USE THIS PLUMBER! I HAD used Tim Goddard's Plumbing for years and was always satisfied but will NEVER use them again. They know me by name when I call I've used them so many times, but never again after this experience!

I have a disabled (on full time oxygen) tenant living in a studio apartement attached to the garage of a rental house. I called the plumber at 10:30 a.m. and I was told they would be able to come out, but was NOT told they were backed up and Tim would not be able to get out in a timely manner. If they had told me at that time it would be several hours before they would be able to get out to do the job I would have called someone else. At 5:00 they still had not arrived. At 7 p.m. he finally showed up, (disabled tenant all day with out working toilet) upon hearing a dog barking INSIDE the front house he would not go to the back house. I had to drive 10 miles over to the house so he we go in. Naturally I am very mad at this point after 1) they did not let me know they couldn't get out there in a timely manner leaving my tenant without use of their toilet all day, 2) it was now 7 pm at night I had to drive over there because he's afraid of a dog that is inside! It was clear I was not a happy customer when I arrived and he said he didn't have to deal with this and LEFT without doing ANYTHING! Leaving my disabled tenant still without a working toilet!

Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money and call Roto Rooter and they'll come do the job quickly. Sometimes paying the extra money is worth the price for better costomer service. HORRIBLE SERVICE from Tim Goddard!!! Who would leave someone on full time oxygen and a LONG time costumer without service! DEPLORABLE! In this day everyone is looking for the business and they just lost mine after many years of doing business with them.

I have nothing but good things to say about Tim. He has done work for us the past three years, and his work has always been outstanding. Excellent customer service, he will give you and ETM, and is there when he says he will be. High quality work, prices are fair. Two thumbs up for Tim!
