Consulate General of Mexico

This is the worse place in the world.They treat people like we are asking for free services .Garcias a nosotros tiene trabajo.Es por gente como esta que me averguenzo de ser Mexicana.The worse,the worse attitude,they have no manners,no respect for people at all.They are so rude and they can care careless about people.If you have any questions,they never know anything oh and be careful that you ask a question because they told me if I ask one more question that they will not give me my passport.Wich I know is a lie.We need to do something ,any advise ....

MUY MAL servicio. He intentado hacer cita para tramitar mis documentos desde enero y nunca tienen citas. Pido hablar con supervisor en Telmex y me dicen que tengo que hablar a san Bernardino. En dan Bernardino tampoco contestan. Favor arreglar su sistema. MUY MAL SERVICIO

Les doy 5 estrellas por que en mi caso el consulado siempre me ha tratado dependiendo mi actitud, gracias a todos los que me han asistido en mis nesecidades.
La actitud de nosotros como ciudadanos cuenta mucho como los servidores nos tratan.
He mirado mucho como la gente llega y exije así manera,por eso no han tenido buenas experiencias, todo llege un protocolo en esta vida.
Gracias al equipo del consulado Mexicano y asu amabilidad que me han tenido.
Gracias Señor Felipe de Jesús y la señora Alejandra Garcia. Y otros servidores que me han recibido en su oficina. ��������������������������������

Muy buen servicio...todo tiene que ver con la actitud que uno venga...muchas personas pasan x una mal experiencia porque llegan con una actitud demandó que les transmitan todo lo que pidan. Los trabajadores sólo siguen el protocolo es por seguridad a uno...no queremos que alguien nos robe la identidad o si? En el caso de mi Mama tuvimos que regresar una segunda vez por la razón que no tenía los requisito correctos. Siempre que necesitemos trasmitir papeles importantes tener paciencia y respeto es muy importante *

I have been to the Mexican Consulate on 3 previous visits before and it's been a nightmare.

Yes the people that work there are very rude and treat you like they are doing you a favor.

This last visit I was actually shocked the gentle men handling my case at the window was very respecful and polite and to my surprise they actually approved my application even though the rude security guy and security girl said I hadn't brought all the documents.

Even thought I explained to them a I had brought them on my previous visit.

They finally let me trough after much arguing.

Bit overall I think they are improving!
