These people have , by far,the worst customer service and are very unprofessional. I'd be surprised if any of them actually knew what they were doing beside screwing people. Would not recommend this place to anybody!!!! Save your time AND MONEY and go somewhere else

I have never dealt with more unprofessional people in my life. I would not recommend this place to anyone, save your money, time and patience for people who know what they are doing!

They've had 2 of my tv's going on three months. I was insulted for calling too much asking for my tv's back. I don't think they know what they are doing. They come up with excuse after excuse. They are dishonest. I Do Not recommend O stars!!

These people are crooks and they lie. I wouldn't send my worst enemy their. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

Fast, Professional and courteous Service. I took a 42" plasma TV in for Repair. I had an estimate within a day as they promised. The price was reasonable so I gave the OK to fix. I got a call the following day that it was ready and they offered me a free delivery! I was pleasantly surprised and grateful for the free delivery. I would highly recommend to all my friends and family.

Similar happened to us...don't recommend, save your money.

Repair was $100 higher than told then TV stopped working again with same problem in less than 90 days, was told they would not charge again for part as long as I paid another $300 in labor. Waste of time and money.
