Service

Had this company build me a breakfast bar, and a faux beam. It looked pretty bad, and when i talked to him about it, he was supposed to come and fix it. He never showed up, and will not answer any of my calls, or texts. I would not reccomend this company for nothing! Now on to look for a professional company!

Overall

Very disappointed. Set up at estimate Saturday at 9am, they called at 8 to reschedule for 3. Once again I changed my plans and rushed home from my errands to be there by 3. An hour went by, now 4pm and no one had shown up. I called and no answer. At 5:15 I get a call from pro decks stating they were busy and can come to give me an estimate in an hour!!! No apology! Definitely not a company I want to do business with. I changed my plans twice for them and didn't even receive a courtesy call to tell me they couldn't make it to our appointment and no apology.
