Fine Floors

People be very careful with Fine Floors I hired them a couple of months ago and since then they have neglected to fix the mess they did at my house. When I first walked into Fine Floors I had barely moved to San Antonio and needed help upgrading my house that I had just purchased. I walked into their establishment and scheduled an appointment with an older gentleman so he could come over measure and give me an estimate. Two days later….

A man came out, He looked and 10 minutes later gave me a quote of $3000.00 that quote included materials and labor and told me that the work would be completed in 5 days. ; or so he told me…or should I say lied to me. When the workers finally showed up to do the work, I was told that I needed to go to a store buy nails, wood and other materials…I called Fine Floors and was told to save the receipt and that I would be refunded. Well that never happened. It took the workers 4 weeks to complete the work…and it is horrible. The owners of the company came over after I had complained and promised me that they would come back and fix the mess but they never did nor refund me the money. Fine Floors is a scam so please be careful, I will NEVER go to them ever again and warn everybody I can; man they are just a bad company.
