Earth Wise

I live in Devine and have been with Earthwise for awhile. It's always been obvious they did not want to schedule. They seemed unhappy about trying to fit me in and would cancel and reschedule repeatedly. Now I call them back because I have roaches that their spray is not killing. They have cancelled twice. Then they tell me they cannot come because it is too far and they don't have anyone coming this way. It never ends and they don't seem to care. I am sad and tell them I am having a party at my house this weekend. They just don't care. They offered me my money back for the quarterly last time I called. I told them that's okay. Could they just try to get me in sooner. Nothing. No call. I call today and Rosa the manager says I don't think I can give you all your money back. The owner is out of town. They will not help me. THEIR ORGANIC SPRAYS DO NOT WORK!!!!! They do not keep their word. I tried really hard and was polite and patient. Now I am done.
