        This company did a great job on my carpets---They also used the scotch gard treatment and I am very pleased with the results!

        Don't use them! They failed to...

        Don't use them! They failed to honor an Angie's List coupon offer of $179 which didn't mention an exclusion for natural stone, which they blamed on Angie's List. Instead of honoring it and taking the issue up with Angie's List, they offered to do the 300 sq of floor for over $500.

        We tried to work with this lady she knew what was on the coupon and she knew she had natural stone NOT CERAMIC TILE.She was made aware of the difference in cleaning process and the cost associated with the difference. She was also made aware that the coupon was refundable if the client did not understand what she had purchased. And she did get a full refund.
