If I could give this place a no stars believe me I would !!!! These people are full of it !!! I have $2,500 down for a vehicle I thought was going to be done since a month ago !! The car originally had 130k now I got it yesterday and it has over 136K how does that happen when supposedly it was in the shop since July 4 ,2018 since it needed the A/C fixed and the brakes were to be fixed and the motor mount would be fixed , I am currently 34 weeks pregnant now I picked it up yesterday on August 8,2018 nothing had been done the motor mount is messed up , the A/C has a shortage and the car is not wanting to start, and the motor mount is still messed up !! I am calling them now for my money back and no one answers I have been getting the run arounds for a month now ! I paid insurance for the car last month and I never drove it ! Christian is no where to be found and everyone else whom works there is just playing games !!! I don’t recommend anyone to this dealership at all they will scam you out your money ! They also lied about doing in-house finance , they still used a lender to get money out of me ! This is the vehicle PLEASE BE AWARE this place will scam you !!!

Bought car took 3hrs to take out lot. Drove 20min to work and motor mount broke i called valencia and explained what happened. Nobody helped me got no call back. I had to leave car stranded. 2 days later they call back. Takes them 2 weeks to fix mount. Never fixed ac or other problems they asked me about. Christian said car was for his daughter but didnt want it.After i let them no my motor mount they just installed got loose again it took themmore than a week to call me back. Then right after my harmonic balancer broke and left me stranded. Next day they picked up car i called everyday and they said mechanic was looking at it. Then he ordered the wrong part it didnt fit. Had to order new one 2nd week i called everyday christian was in meetings or junkyard or auction but no calls. Finally he calls tells me it wasnt due to motor mount breaking that balancer broke but it was at mechanics. I asked them if i gave him more money if i can get another vehicle because car was a lemon to begin with. No answer. 3rd week i call all week i get no answer and when they did christian again not to be found. I show up that friday and find my car in parking lot walk to it and car is unlocked and my radio torn out.. Stolen.. And they said car was at mechanics. All that time it had been sitting there not being touched. All they were was lies. And christian has the audacity to say he told me to remove radio from car every time i leave car so they wont steal it.. They left my car unlocked and its my fault. He finally calls me the next day and pretty much tells me its my fault about radio. And all these lies and excuses. They didnt want to help me not give me back my down payment or help me get into another vehicle. All he did was screw me out of money and car. I told him it left me and my kids stranded on a hot day with my autistic daughter and had to walk to drop them off at there grandmothers house. And he told me that he didnt care about that. I told him i was getting a lawyer and reporting him to the BBB. And he didnt care anyways. He got his money and his car back. And hes gonna resale it and make more money on it. Hope people read this and stay away from here.

I give this place 5 stars For their effort and Understanding. The owner Christian Really puts himself in his customers Shoes. Serious about his job and commitment to helping others Get into a good Working Vehicle. Bad credit or not, everyone is given the same effort and dedication. We all Know the stresses and complications of trying to buy a car When your credit is completely shot.Though My experience at this business started off bumpy, This Dealership NEVER told me No, instead worked hard and diligently to get me in a good vehicle. I am a single mother and from anyone who is knows how important it is to have a car, The owner Christian really empathized with me on this, worked even harder to Get me in a nice vehicle. Treats customers as if they were his family or in my case as if I was his little sister. Its important to have someone behind you, backing you and working to help you. This is exactly What this dealership does. BAD CREDIT?? They never say No, They Get you Financed and above what is expected to ensure the satisfaction of their customers.

I wanna say a BIG thank you to Christian and Valencia for their help getting me the car of my choice, you guys are the best.

A friend of mine refer me to this dealership and I get the car of my choice with my BAD credit all the car dealers turn me down because of my credit but Mr Christian told me not to worry that he got my back, i never regret going to this dealership.Thanks guy 5 stars for YOU.

worst place on earth don't waste your time they never call you back just a bunch of clowns

Never puchase a car from here when i first got my car it had engine light on which i made them fix had all 4 tire were bad brakes were bad rotors and missing my lisence plate bracket which was never replace christian always lied to me to call next week this and that i kept calling he will ignore my calls and textes dont buy a car there i really dont recommend it cars no good condition and very unproffessional services very skectchy

The absolute WORST car dealership in the city if not the entire state. I purchased a car that had obvious issues with it, thinking I could just make it a project car. I don't get more than 100, maybe 200 yards away from the lot, the right front brakes fall apart. Apparently when they put on new (cheap crap Autozone pads) their "mechanic" didn't bother to tighten the bolts down. I had to pay to get it towed to my shop to get fixed. I called, and the guy with the heavy accent, Christian I think was his name, gave me all kinds of excuses and refused to take any responsibility. They should change their name to CrapMax. I'll NEVER go back there.

DO NOT BUY FROM CHIMAX, THEY SELL JUNK!!!!!! Chimax promises they will fix items with car but if you leave with the car the items will not ever get fixed. The way they write the contract it is un clear how they apply your down payment. Bottom line with Chrstian he rips you off at any chance he can get! Your interest rate is already high because he sells without running credit but be also sales the car at an outrageous rate. Example blue book will have the car valued at $2900.00 his price is $7900.00. DO NOT buy from Chimax, they are a rip off and they sell cars that are lemons. Their cars will break down in less than a year I can guaranty you!!!!
