Advanced Moving Company

DO NOT USE - NOT DEPENDABLE!! We had schedule to be moved on a specific Saturday but I had to call and rescheduled due to our closing date was changed. Jeremy said he was glad we changed the date because they were really busy for the initial Saturday we had requested. We were packing ourselves but hired Advanced Moving to move everything from one house to the next.

We hired movers because we are older and did not want to move ourselves PLUS my husband recently had a heart attack and he did not need the added stress of lifting and moving.

I confirmed with Jeremy the Thursday prior to our Saturday move. He had me text him my number so he could call me the morning of the move to let me know he was on his way. He text me back and said see you on Saturday.

Friday night was a late night to finish all the packing. I got up early Saturday morning waiting for Jeremy to call - NO CALL and NO SHOW!

I called the office number and Jeremy's cell phone number. The message on the phones said "The office is closed today for Fathers day weekend".

We would have understand if something came up, if we had been called.

Why did you confirm if you had no intention of showing up!!

We ended up moving ourselves!
