Heaven Scent Cleaning Service

This company is pretty good at cleaning. However, several times they showed up at least 2 hours late or more without calling. I would not hire again because of this.

Do not work for this business. They say they pay you i certain day and then change later. Sounds like the owner doesn't have her finances together. So when I terminated employment with them it took them over a month to issue me my checks.constantly calling and getting the run around, I got blocked and they hung up on me because I asked for my check. They didn't pay me the fuel I used when using my own car. I do not recommend this business to work for or have them clean your house. They just hire anyone off the street. Way over priced.

Do not work for this company unless you like receiving your paycheck 1 to 2 weeks late. She takes her time to pay and tells you a date when your paycheck should be ready, only to change that date once you arrive to pickup your check. She violates tx payday law 61.014 on a continual basis.

They are too pricey for such poor work. Most of the employees that have cleaned my house are so disgusted with the company that they clean on their own outside of business hours to earn cash. They do not clean well at all.



I would not hire again. I will clean my own house! Thanks for a wonderful "break." I had to clean behind them after they left.

The review I read said that they always show up two hours late. Now for us, they called because they were coming earlier than scheduled and wanted access to our home. Of course, out running errands, you have to rush home. If it were not for the simple fact that physically I cannot clean right now, I would have done it myself! Surgeries will do that.



Cleaning: I could have done a better job myself! The 2 young ladies that showed up did not move items to dust. They dusted around everything, leaving dust lines around objects and knick knacks. When they did happen to move an item, they would not place it even close to how you had it, and left glass and crystal items close to edges of furniture. Items and knick knacks were not dusted when moved. So the surface may be clean, but not anything on it. Doesn't everything collect dust?



Speed: I could have cleaned a lot faster, more efficiently and had Spring Cleaned one room in the time that it took them to clean 5 rooms total. It was quick, but far from clean and efficient. Note that the cleaning was half assed and pitiful. $19.25/hr per person and they always send two whether you want it or not. Not worth the $$$.



Floors: They bring in a dampened mop, I can only imagine from the previous house, take a bottle of pure floor cleaner and dump it on the floor out of the bottle. No water, I asked. Mop it around and place the mop back into the grocery bag they brought it in. When the floors dry, they are sticky with cleaner.



Vacuum: The vacuum that they brought put balls of hair from animals on our carpet as it was pushed around. Good thing that we are not allergic to animals! What if someone was?



Just a very unpleasant experience.
